CDYS exoskeleton:

The CDYS shoulder exoskeleton is a very light, passive wearable shoulder support industrial exoskeleton that supports people who carry out physically demanding and repetitive arm lifting tasks.

The CDYS shoulder exoskeleton supports the weight of the wearer’s arms by providing dynamic assistance to reduces shoulder fatigue and the risk of muscle skeleton disorder (MSD’s)

NATURAL & STRONG

The carbon fiber skeleton frame is
designed based on the movement of the
human scapula to provide natural
movement and stable assisting.
Skeleton frame weight :less than 2 kg

WELL ATTACHED WITHOUT TIGHTENING

Due to the invention of ASB
(anti-sliding belt), all the sliding or
rotational mechanism on exoskeleton
arms are replaced by simple and
lightweight belts. By the unique
combination of SUSPENSION TYPE ARM
CUFF and ASB, supporting is just
transferred by soft textiles and no
tightening is required for stable
attaching.

LIGHT WEIGHT

The weight of the shoulder exoskeleton
is transferred to the waist belt. the spine
barely takes the load. The feeling of
load-bearing is also
reduced by centralizing stationarily the
weight around the trunk.
Up to 7 different supporting levels can
be adjusted to meet the requirement of
different users easily without changing
accessories.

ADAPTABILITY

Due to the flexibility of the shoulder
exoskeleton structure, the same size
exoskeleton can fit different body
types.

BREATHEABLE MAN-MACHINE INTERFACE

Based on structural design and the
adoption of breathable materials, the
direct contact surface area of the
exoskeleton is reduced to provide a
comfortable, long-time wearing
experience while ensuring stability.
