Global Chief Executive Officer

Arnaud is the founding Global CEO of Exxovantage. For over 10 years, Arnaud has been the founding CEO of Branché Landscapes, a design and build landscaping practice based in Auckland, New Zealand.


​Being in the Engineering and Construction industries for 25 years and driven by empathy and compassion for his staff has led Arnaud to focus on building the next generation of workers; where employees, organisations and communities would feel supported and optimised through fit-for-purpose solutions and advanced technologies.

While the march of automation will not reverse, it has a long, long way to go and Arnaud strongly believes that the best AI remains human.
Using Symbiosis of Man-Machine® technologies and integrated workforce solutions allow people to be the core of organisations for the benefit of our workforce, communities and economy.

Rob Sherlock

Rob Sherlock

Chairman

Rob is former Global CEO and Chairman of ADK, Japan’s third largest multinational advertising network. Previously he was Chief Creative Officer at FCB in the USA & Asia for over 10 years. He’s currently Chairman of an M&A Advisory group based out of Singapore, Advisory Board Chair of an Asia Pacific communications network, and an Advisory Board Member of 4 other organisations.

Rob’s an avid self-innovator and seriously fascinated by what’s next – his focus is transformation, collaboration and growth. He’s also a partner in a global apparel brand and investor in a number of companies ranging from startups to established brands.

Rob’s mantra for business, ‘Be relevant, add value…and have fun,’ is a simple yet practical way he can deliver serious business impact to organisations, while valuing the connections with the people within the companies he serves.

He’s excited to be joining Exxovantage at such a pivotal time.

Gregory Watts

Gregory Watts

Director

Gregory is a qualified engineer and former CEO of Ultralife, a European based health & wellbeing company. He was the co-founder and managing director of global sports nutrition brand, DY Nutrition, and has held multiple CEO and board positions over the past 23 years across a multiple industries, including IT, manufacturing, constructions, security and architecture.

Previously Greg was project director at Fisher & Paykel and EMEA Services Director for Network Associates Inc. and has acted as an advisor to numerous startups.

 

Currently Greg is an executive with Teulo.co, an online educations platform and HomeSmart Group a building renovation and maintenance company.

Cam Wallace

V. Chief Financial Officer

Cam has been the Head of Business Development at Bank of New Zealand before joining the Bellingham Wallace team in 2022.

In 2010, Cam’s 60-year-old family business called Electropar Limited was sold to NASDAQ listed US Corporate Preformed Line Products.

Cam worked for the new American owners learning how to innovate and navigate through a global, multinational business. Following a short stint at Business Growth Hub, The Icehouse in 2015, Cam joined BNZ in early 2016 to add value to the medium sizes enterprises generating $10m – $200m turnover.

Today, Cam delivers financial advice, strategy, and governance across manufacturing, food and beverage, export, import distribution and construction.

Cam also spearheads Bellingham Wallace’s non-bank lending, providing structured capital funding alongside main bank funding or on a standalone basis.

Cam has a Master of Arts (Hons) from Auckland University and is mad keen on boating.

Iain Lunt

Business Development Manager

Iain is our highly experienced Business Development Manager. He has a real passion for creating relationships with his clients and strives to find solutions to their challenges.

He has a Diploma in Applied Science and spent several years contributing to major environmental projects for Rio Tinto Research and Technology Development in Melbourne Australia as well as in specialist Food production laboratories.

As a people person, he decided to move into the commercial sector. For the last 24 years he has worked internationally in a variety of technical sales roles across a wide range of industries. He always strives to add value to his clients.

Iain loves that moment when, as he puts it, ‘ the light comes on’  referring to the moment when his clients realise that they now have the answer to their problem.

Matthew Marino

Human Performance, Safety, and Ergonomics Partner, Prime Performance - USA

Matt is a motivated and effective professional who has been helping people optimize their health and performance for over 20 years. Subject matter expert in rehabilitation, health, fitness, human performance, ergonomics, injury prevention, and the design, testing, use, and implementation of wearable sensor and exoskeleton technologies.

Licenses and Certifications:
Physical Therapist, Certified Professional Ergonomist, Certified Performance and Sport Scientist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator, Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Movement Screen Certified, Fundamental Capacity Screen Certified, Selective Functional Movement Assessment Certified, Motor Control Screen Certified, Y Balance Test Certified, First Aid & CPR Certified, HIPAA Certified, and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
