Kate is an experienced Physiotherapist with a high level of expertise and a passion for enabling people to reach their full potential following musculoskeletal injury and surgery.  

​Specialising in the field of Orthopaedics Kate has spent 20+ years working within medical teams, in the UK and New Zealand to support client rehabilitation in public and private health sectors.

​She has provided physiotherapy services to clients in emergency departments, inpatient, outpatient and community settings and recently as the owner/practitioner of Enhanced Recovery Physiotherapy Services
in Auckland, NZ.

Dr. Kreshon Smith DC, CNIM

Augmented Biomechanics Practitioner - USA

Kreshon brings a wealth of expertise and over a decade of experience in the intricate realm of Intraoperative Neuromonitoring.

 

Kreshon holds a Doctorate in Chiropractic, dedicating years to the critical task of helping to prevent paralysis during surgery by collaborating closely with neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeons in the operating room.  

Her dual role as a hands-on practitioner and academic mentor reflects on Kreshon's passion for cultivating the next generation of healthcare professionals while staying at the  forefront of cutting-edge healthcare advancements.

Stephanie Hollander MA, AT, ATC,CEIS

Augmented Biomechanics Practitioner - USA

Stephanie graduated from Western Michigan University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and with a master's degree in Sports Administration from Wayne State University in 2016.

She has extensive experience in the prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. Stephanie has worked in multiple settings, specializing in sports medicine.

 

During her time in the industrial setting, she discovered a passion for ergonomics. She loves being able to troubleshoot ergonomic solutions in order to decrease discomfort and prevent injury. Her additional certifications include OSHA 30, Certified Early Intervention Specialist, Mental Health First Aid, and ImPACT Concussion Care Management.

Mark Andrew BEng (Hons), MSc, CEng, CErgHF, MSRA

Augmented Biomechanics Practitioner - Australia

Mark is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Ergonomist and Human Factors Specialist with extensive experience in health, transport, mining, processing and manufacturing industries. His focus is mainly on work design, especially in high hazard workplaces such as abattoirs and underground mines.

 

Mark is also a contributing member of the Society for Risk Analysis, and has published over 40 conference papers in international proceedings. He also works with RedR (Registered Engineers for Disaster Relief) and UNHCR, so far in Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Australia, England and Ireland.

 

Specializing in ‘the laws of work’ (ergonomics), Mark adopts a user-centered approach to work design interventions, collaborating with people at the heart of the tasks.

Veronica Hinkle, PhD

Augmented Biomechanics Practitioner - USA

Veronica is a Human Factors psychologist and applied researcher with 15 years of experience providing research support and expert advice in the fields of human-computer interaction and user experience. Her passion is representing end users to make sure products are safe, efficient, and easy to use.

She holds a PhD in Human Factors Psychology and a master's in Anthropology. She typically works closely with interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams to ensure technology and product adoption is an easy, painless process.

Veronica’s experience includes evaluating hardware and software and conducting user experience research with people of all walks of life.  Her work as an applied researcher ranges from developing mobile apps for children and parents to making pharmacy systems easy to use.

Dr Tania Spiteri, PhD

Augmented Biomechanics Practitioner - Australia

Tania brings over 10 years’ experience as a practitioner, researcher and lecturer for her work in applied biomechanics. She has expertise in occupational health, safety and wellbeing, working within elite sporting, corporate, mining and construction organisations, to improve performance objectives, reduce injury incidence and increase employee wellbeing.

 

Tania holds a PhD in Biomechanics (Human Factors), Masters in Exercise Rehabilitation and a Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Sport Science). She also holds a Diploma in Psychology, Injury Management and Workers Compensation qualifications, and Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.

 

By combining her theoretical knowledge and practical experience, Tania is able to identify innovative solutions, enabling organisations to improve health and safety outcomes for their employees.
