intention of helping you reduce fatigue, injury, and harm

We may collect personal information directly from you, or from your employer when they engage our services on your behalf.

 

4. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We collect your personal information through a variety of channels. This includes paper forms or notices, online portals, mobile applications, correspondence, face-to-face or over the telephone.

We may also collect your personal information from third parties including suppliers, partner service providers, employees or contractors.

We may collect Business & Personal information from customers, employees, and stakeholders, such as name, address, email, phone number, and job title. We collect Business & Personal information through various channels, such as our website, email, phone, and in-person interactions. We may also collect Business & Personal information from third-party sources, such as service providers and business partners.

Data exchanges: We exchange data with other product and service providers through app and 

web/cloud-based analysis tools. We do this under relevant legislation to collect accurate and up-to-date information about customers and product users. This information is only collected when necessary to provide the services which customers choose to receive from us and have given approval to exchange. 

Users of our products and services have the right to limit or stop sharing personal information at any point in time by informing their employer and or the Company in writing. In the case of wearable sensors wearers may restrict or stop access to their personal information directly within any applicable App linked to the sensor at any time.

 

5. USE OF BUSINESS & PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Company will only use Business & Personal data for the purposes for which it was collected or as otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations. Business & Personal data may be used for, but not limited to, the following purposes:

• Providing products or services requested by you;

• Communicating with individuals about products, services, or other business-related matters;

• Conducting market research, analytics, and improving business operations;

• To process payments and manage invoices;

• Managing and administering employee or contractor relationships;

• Managing complaints and feedback;

• Complying with legal or regulatory obligations;

• Protecting the rights and interests of the Company or its customers;

• To improve our products and services.

 

 6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY OF COLLECTION

We sometimes disclose or store personal information outside of the country of collection. When we

When we do this, we require them to handle your personal information safely, and in a way that meets local privacy laws.

• Service Providers who assist us in operating our business;

We do not sell our rent your personal information to third parties.

The Company will take appropriate measures to ensure that third parties receiving Business & Personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations and provide adequate protection to the Business & Personal data.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information against misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. Business & Personal data will be retained for as long 

as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws and 

regulations. When Business & Personal data is no longer needed, it will be securely disposed of or 

anonymized, unless otherwise required by law. Data will be destroyed on customer request where legally allowed. Data hosted by 3rd party product or service providers is bound by this agreement, and the privacy policies of those companies as is communicated by those 3rd parties.

 

9. SMS CONSENT AND MOBILE INFORMATION

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Exxovantage we will use your mobile number to send the messages described at the point of opt-in.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information, mobile numbers, or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us deliver SMS messages, but only as necessary to provide those services on our behalf.

  

10. DATA SECURITY AND PROTECTION

We are committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of Business & Personal data. Appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative measures will be implemented to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of Business & Personal data. Employees, contractors, and third parties who have access to Business & Personal data will be trained and required to comply with the Company's data privacy 

and security policies.

 

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Business & Personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We limit access to Business & Personal information to authorized employees and third-party service providers who need to know the information to perform their duties. We regularly review and update our security measures to ensure they are effective
